EFMP Medical is located in the Mendoza Clinic and can assist with:
Process enrollment/dis-enrollment and updates, access to EFMP Medical Records, assist with Overseas Screening.
Mendoza Clinic is located at 11335 SSG Sims St. Walk-Ins are welcome Monday - Friday: 7:30am-12pm and 1-4:30pm. Closed every second Thursday of the month after 12pm. Please call 915-742-3715 for appointments for overseas screening.
