GRIT® – Les Mills GRIT is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed with short rounds of high intensity exercise followed by periods of strategic recovery. The secret to ultimate results is not adding more workouts to your routine, but increasing their intensity.
Strength – Uses barbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to make you strong, toned and unbelievably fit.
Athletic – all of the modalities that enhance athletic performance: speed, strength, agility, and explosive power
Cardio – Bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to rapidly burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness
