Aquatics: Doggy Swim Day

Dive into the coolest day of the year Doggie Swim Day 2026 at the Fort Bliss Community Pool! Bring your furry best friend for a splash-tastic afternoon of swimming, playing, and beating the Texas heat. For just $5 per dog (humans enter free!), pups can jump in, paddle around, and enjoy a tail-wagging good time.
Safety comes first: all dogs must show proof of Rabies and Parvo/Distemper vaccines, and only adults 18 and over can join their dogs in the pool. Children 12 and under are not permitted at this event to keep both pets and people safe. A signed liability form is required prior to entry.
Please note that certain restricted breeds (including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, and Wolf hybrids) are not allowed on Fort Bliss installations.
