Payment for race can be made at the Youth Sports Plex.
All participants must pay in-person at bldg. 195 Chaffee Rd.
Participants 17 and younger are FREE.
Participants 18 and older a $5 racer’s fee will be implemented per person.
If participant requests shirts, a $5 t-shirt fee will be implemented per person, payment must be made on or before MARCH 7th to secure shirt order. Any and all shirt orders made after March 7th will not be made and the guarantee of t-shirts will not be available.”

I know that running a race is a participating in this activity is potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of an official relative to my ability to safely complete the competition. I assume all risks associated with participating in the CYS Youth Sports activities including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and /or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the CYS Youth Sports, sponsors, their representatives, event organizers, and their representatives and successors form all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes.

The Youth Sports Program strives to:
- Develop the overall well-being of young people, particularly the mind and body.
- Provide the opportunity for recreational pleasure, physical development and good sportsmanship.
Team sports compete on Fort Bliss and in El Paso youth leagues.
Teams are formed based on the number of participants and the age of the youth.

To register with CYS, visit Parent and Outreach Services or any CYS facility.
In order to participate in any sports with Youth Sports Plex, your child(ren) will need to be enrolled with CYS and have an updated physical on file.
- Interested about Coaching/Volunteering?

Volunteer coaches are always needed in the Youth Sports program to help make our program a success. Coaches must be certified by NYSCA. The first child of a volunteer coach plays for free and half price for each additional child.

Youth Sports Teen Volunteer Packet
ALL Volunteers including therapist, college students, foster grandparents, contractors, foreign nationals, “regardless of hours” MUST have backgrounds completed before working in the room/coach.
**Foreign Nationals must supply a Letter of Good Conduct from their home country with the background check request.

Parents are required to attend a sportsmanship class prior to registration and must present their sportsmanship card at time of registration. The sportsmanship card is valid for one year. For information concerning sportsmanship classes and cards, please call +1 (915) 568-2617.
