Take your barbell skills to the next level, or learn how to properly lift! Participants will be grouped bt experience level. You will learn proper technique on the 7 most popular barbell exercises then apply it with a Certified Personal Trainer.
Day 1 (Jan 26): Squat + Bench Press
Day 2 (Feb 2): Press + Row + Deadlift
Day 3 (Feb 9): Snatch + Clean + Jerk

Cost
Registration: $50, includes all 3 days and T-shirt. (17 spots min/25 spots max) No later than Jan. 15 to recieve a T-shirt size guaranteed, Register by Jan. 23 T-shirt size not guaranteed.
Individual day: $15/day IF any spots avialable. (does not include T-shirt)
