Scream Free Marriage begins with calming your own anxiety and focusing on individual self-respect, championing your own personal growth as the key to intimacy.
It celebrates the differences between you and your spouse as the foundation for
a great marriage.
Open to DoD ID Card Holders.
This is a VIRTUAL class and you must attend all sessions with in the month to receive a certificate of training.
October 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 & 28 // 1-2:30pm
