Come and Join Youth Sport and Fitness for the first Health Expo and Powerlifting Competition.
Powerlifting Competition open to ages 10-18
· Prizes will be awarded to top winners
· Free t-shirts to all powerlifting participants
The Health Expo is open to all! There will be vendors, free health screenings and hands-on activities.

Registration is required for Powerlifting competition.
To register, visit the Youth Sports Plex or click here. Online Registration ends Friday July 21st at 5pm. In person registration ends the day of the event at 11:30am.
