🎆 America’s 250th Birthday: Two Celebrations, One Epic Week!
Fort Bliss MWR and Destination El Paso are teaming up to throw the biggest birthday bash America has seen in 250 years. Get ready for a full week of star‑spangled fun, starting with Pop Goes the Fort on Saturday, June 27 at Biggs Park.
🎤 Pop Goes the Fort – June 27
Kick off the celebration with FREE live entertainment, including the incredible 1st Armored Division Band, El Paso’s rising hip hop artist Krystall Poppin, chart-topping pop rock band Hot Chelle Rae, and country music star Chris Young. Bring your friends, your family, and your patriotic spirit, this is the kind of night you’ll talk about all summer

America 250 Celebration – June 27 to July 4
The party doesn’t stop at Biggs Park. The celebration continues all week long in Downtown El Paso, leading up to Saturday, July 4. Expect festive events, family activities, live entertainment, and plenty of patriotic pride as the city comes alive for this once‑in‑a‑generation milestone. For More Info click HERE
SAFETY WRISTBANDS:
Children ages 12 and under must have a safety wristband to enter Biggs Park. These wristbands help reunite children with parents if they become separated during the event. Biggs Park is a large, busy space, and the wristband system ensures quick assistance. Starting Monday, June 1, wristbands will be available during regular operating hours at:
- Biggs Park (11388 Sgt Major Blvd)
- Parent Central (1743 Victory Ave)
- LTS inside of Freedom Crossing (1611 Marshall Rd)
Wristbands will also be available on the day of the event.
COMMUNITY ACCESS PASS:
Have family visiting from out of town who want to attend the Fort Bliss 4th of July celebration? Make sure they get a Community Access Pass. This pass is available to all families (not just military) and helps avoid long lines on event day! Learn more HERE.
