Oktoberfest is Almost Here!
The biggest Fall celebration is rolling in on September 18 & 19 at Biggs Park, and you’re invited to dance, laugh, eat, and enjoy the night from 6pm-12am! This community party is open to the public for ages 18+ (21+ to enjoy the German beer), and best of all: admission is FREE!
And don’t miss Family Day on Sunday, September 20, from 11am-3pm, packed with fun for all ages.
What Else You Can Expect
Prepare for an unforgettable experience filled with vibrant entertainment and authentic German culture! Enjoy performances from Terry Cavanagh and the Alpine Express and the always‑exciting German Air Force Schuhplattlers! We'll have traditional German beer, savory food, and awesome souvenirs to remember the night. This isn't just an event... it's a celebration open to both Fort Bliss and the El Paso community.
Parents Night Out
Need a kid-free evening during Oktoberfest? Our Child & Youth Services has you covered! Enjoy Oktoberfest at while your kids have their own fun at Milam CDC. Parents Night Out runs Friday and Saturday from 5–11 pm, for just $8 per hour, per child!
What you need to know:
- Open to CDC and SAC-aged kids (6 weeks old – 5th grade)
- Reservations required by September 9
- Children must be registered through Child & Youth Services (register at Parent Central)
- Once registered, call Milam CDC at 915-744-7877 to book your time slot
Safety Information
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, please note that children ages 17 and younger (including infants) are not permitted on September 18 & 19. However, families can still join in on the fun for Family Day on September 20!

Community Access Pass
