Get ready for the Iron Soldier Sprint Triathlon on October 20th with this 10 week training program!
All training program athletes should have a current fitness level of at minimum; Swim: 100 meters nonstop, Bike: 35 minutes nonstop, Run: 12 minutes nonstop.
All athletes will be required to attend training orientation on August 8th, morning and evening sessions will be offered.
First session August 11th
Sessions run M, W, F, S (M, W, F) 7:30-8:30am OR 5:30-6:30pm (Sat) 8am

Non-refundable, transferable-Includes: 4x per week guided training sessions with certified trainers/coaches, training tee shirt, entry into the Iron Soldier Sprint Triathlon in October.
Minimum 12 participates per session required.
