Join Fort Bliss Fitness for a 5k and half marathon training program in preparation for the Fort Bliss races on January 29.

Track Attack Workshops include: biweekly workouts with a customized running program, body composition testing and nutrition counseling. No need to leave the kiddos at home - our training workshops are kid-friendly!

Participants must sign up prior to November 8 to participate, and attend all workshop dates:

  • November 8th & 22nd
  • December 6th & 20th
  • January 3rd & 17th
