1. Open for anyone to bid.

2. Silent auction is from Monday, 10 June to Friday, 21 June 2024.

3. Items sold in “As Is’ condition.

4. Items will be available for in-person viewing on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 0900 to 1130 at the following address:

Building 643 – FMWR Property Book Office

5. Bids will need to be hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the following address:

Building 11, (Upstairs), FMWR Financial Management Division

Pershing Road, Fort Bliss, Texas 79916

6. Sealed envelope must contain:

a. Your name, address, and phone number.

b. Item Tag Number(s) + description of item(s) you are bidding on.

c. Your bid(s).

7. Envelopes will remain sealed until after the end of the auction.

8. Once opened, the highest bidder for a specific item will win said item.

a. Property Book Office will reach out to the winner(s).

b. Winner(s) have 48 hours after notification to pick up item(s).

c. Payments can be made in cash, exact amount only, at Building 643.

d. Debit or Credit card payments need to be made at Building 11.

e. All sales are final.
