SFRG Command Team Training: This course delineates the roles and responsibilities of the Command Team regarding how to leverage the Soldier and Family Readiness Groups (SFRGs) to execute the Soldier & Family Readiness mission.
SFRG Volunteer Leader Training: The SFRG Volunteer Leader Training prepares attendees to assist the commander with the SFRG program executing Mission Essential Activities which are primarily regarding communication, providing your SFRG membership with information and resources, and to be the champion for the SFRG, by embracing your commander's vision and goals and recruiting other volunteers to help within the program.
Command Family Readiness Representative (CFRR): This training prepares CFRRs to assist the Commander with oversight of Command’s SFRG Program. This position is the liaison between the SFRG and the Command.
SFRG Informal Funds Custodian: The Informal Funds Custodian is responsible for informal fund custody, accounting and documentation. This position will assist Command with establishing (non-interest bearing) bank account, maintaining all documentation and fundraising.
SFRG Key Contact Training: The Key Contact welcomes new members to the unit, relay information from command in an ACCURATE and TIMELY manner, and addresses SFRG member questions.
CARE Team Training: This training provides the knowledge to offer immediate support after a casualty occurs within a unit.
