The following items are prohibited at Biggs Park: propane, glass containers and all pets.

Biggs Splash Park

The Biggs Splash Park hours of operation is seasonal.

 The Splash Pad is closed for the season!

Rules for the Splash Park:

  •  NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.  USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • Children under 13 must have adult supervision.
  • No running or disorderly behavior.
  • Proper swim attire required; water socks recommended.
  • Swim diapers required for infants and children in diapers.
  • Do not drink spray park water.
  • People with communicable diseases for infectious illnesses are not allowed on splash pad.
  • No pool toys, floats, water balloons or sports equipment allowed.
  • No bikes scooters, skateboards, skates or roller blades.
  • No tobacco products, alcoholic beverages.
  • No pets/animals.
  • Do not climb pull or hang on the equipment.
  • No soap or bathing allowed.
  • Splash pad cannot be reserved.
  • Splash pad can be closed immediately due to adverse weather.

     Patrons refusing to obey posted rules are subject to removal from premises.

Biggs Park Rentals – Expanded Use Policy We are pleased to announce that Biggs Park rental equipment may now be taken outside of the park. This update provides greater flexibility for our community, allowing you to enjoy MWR resources at locations beyond Biggs Park while still benefiting from our quality services.
