6-Week Triathlon Training Program

Prepare yourself for the Fort Bliss Triathlon, Sept. 24!

Train sprint distance race with Personal Trainer & Ironman Certified Coach Kelly Ann McKechnie. Training will focus on nutrition and hydration guidance, transition preparation and execution, along with biking, running and swimming skills. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of the Masters Swim class at $2 each workout or swim on their own after training, pool fees apply.

Training intensity is determined by each individual's skill level, performance goal and past/current injuries.

Training will be held every Saturday from Aug. 13 to Sept. 24 at Soto PFC & Aquatics Training Center.

**The coach will contact all participants to notify of change of locations throughout the program.**
Cost

$100 per person for 6-week program // Price doesn't include race entry or pool fees.
