What Kind of Leader Are You?

Participants will identify their innate leadership approach, examine the alternative styles of others to incorporate various approaches into their personal and professional lives.  Leaders will also gain skills to differentiate between the role of a coach and of a mentor, assess his/ strengths/challenges and behavior of leaders in these roles as well as identify effective feedback techniques to incorporate into his/her roles as leaders.

This class is part of the Leadership Development Concept Block classes: What Kind of Leader Are You?, Knowing Your Team, Communicating Through Conflict, and The Perfect Meeting. Together all of the Concept Block classes analyze Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and identify motivational strategies, evaluate the importance of group needs and create a personal action plan to meet both individual and group needs. Identify your innate leadership approach and examine the alternative styles of others in order to incorporate various approaches into your personal and professional lives.

These classes will be held in person at FRC, 250 Club Rd.
