Participants will analyze the behaviors associated with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and create personal action plan that they will use to discuss ways leaders can build strong and cohesive teams that capitalize on positive attitude, understanding their role in the stages of team building, building team commitment while being aware the characteristics of effective teams.

This class is part of the Leadership Development Concept Block classes: What Kind of Leader Are You?, Knowing Your Team, Communicating Through Conflict, and The Perfect Meeting. Together all of the Concept Block classes analyze Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and identify motivational strategies, evaluate the importance of group needs and create a personal action plan to meet both individual and group needs. Identify your innate leadership approach and examine the alternative styles of others in order to incorporate various approaches into your personal and professional lives.

These classes will be held in person at FRC, 250 Club Rd.
