AFTB: What Kind of Leader Are You?

Gain leadership development with Army Family Team Building at their What Kind of Leaders Are You? class! Identify their innate leadership approach, examine the alternative styles of others to incorporate various approaches into their personal and professional lives.  Leaders will also gain skills to differentiate between the role of a coach and of a mentor, assess his/hers strengths/challenges and behavior of leaders in these roles as well as identify effective feedback techniques to incorporate into his/her roles as leaders.

Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is an educational program which provides training to prepare everyone in America's Army to function at the highest level in any given situation. This training improves personal/family resilience and preparedness, enhancing overall Army readiness. Army Family Team Building offers FREE educational training for Soldiers, Family members and civilians.
