It's time to sail the high seas of the Community Pool!
Grab your cardboard and create the most seaworthy vessel you can!
This event is open to DOD ID cardholders and their children, ages 5 and older.
Race Categories
- Parent and child (5-10)
- Youth (10-17)
- Adult (18+)
We encourage all participation to include units and Fort Bliss organizations. We also LOVE spectators! It's a great event to watch, so even if you're not sailing you can enjoy the event!

Approved materials include:
- Cardboard (corrugated only, no carpets rolls or compressed cardboard allowed)
- Duct Tape (only allowed on the seams, DO NOT completely cover any part of the boat with tape)
- Decorations (no paint that will cause a waterproof barrier)
Any use of unapproved materials will result in disqualification.

Cost
$5 per boat, payment due day of the event.

Registration is required, ends Aug. 9 at 12 p.m.
