Join us for the 6th annual 2024 Fort Bliss Dia De Los Deadlifts!
Participants will have 3 attempts to complete their 1 Rep MAX deadlift. After completion participants will receive a t-shirt and name plate. Heaviest lifts will get their name plate displayed on the board at either gym. No hand straps allowed, only chalk.
This event is Oct. 21 to Nov. 1. Participants can show up at either Ironworks West or East gym to complete the challenge during hours of operation: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
