FAP: Dealing with Stress

Join Army Community Service's (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) for their Dealing with Stress class at Main ACS (2494 Ricker Rd)! This course explores how stress affects the mind and body, including the role of personality and coping styles, while helping participants identify sources of personal, workplace, and home stress and learn practical relaxation and stress-reduction techniques to improve overall well-being.

A morning session is held the 1st Wednesday of each month from 9am-12pm, and an afternoon session is held the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1-4pm.
