Join Army Community Service's (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) for an in-person Regulated Parent class, held on odd-numbered months from 9-11am at Main ACS (2494 Ricker Rd)! This class helps parents build self-awareness and emotional regulation skills, offering tools to stay calm and present while navigating the everyday challenges of parenting.
