Register Now!Join Army Community Service's (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) for Stress Management 102 at Main ACS (2494 Ricker Rd)! This workshop will share various relaxation techniques that can be used in the moments of stress.
Sessions are held every 2nd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm and every 4th Friday of the month from 1-4pm.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no Stress Management Class from 1-4pm in November/December due to the holiday season.
