Come learn the basics of Yoga, including Yoga Asana (positions), breathing techniques, stretching and relaxation. Yoga not only increases exibility, but also strengthens the body while relaxing and focusing the mind.
This centuries-old system for health and well-being creates the combined effect of unlocking and increasing the energy within your body and promotes an experience of deep inner peace.
Class are Tuesday & Friday at 8:30-9:30AM for 4 weeks at Milam PFC.
This workshop will prepare you for attending future yoga classes offered at Fort Bliss.
Minimum 8 participants required.
Maximum 12 participants allowed.
Cost
$50 per person and includes all classes, yoga mat, and group fit swag bag.
Registration Information
Pre-registration is required and must be paid Tuesday, October 3.
Start date for workshop will be Tuesday, October 10.
