Come learn the basics of Yoga, including Yoga Asana (positions), breathing techniques, stretching and relaxation. Yoga not only increases exibility, but also strengthens the body while relaxing and focusing the mind. This centuries-old system for health and well-being creates the combined eect of unlocking and increasing the energy within your body and promotes an experience of deep inner peace.

This workshop will prepare you for attending future yoga
classes offered at Fort Bliss.
$50 per person and includes all classes, yoga tee-shirt, and group fit swag bag.
Minimum 8 participants required.
