Celebrate Pop Goes the Fort with Family and MWR at Biggs Park! Kicking off the event with a cannon salute to the Union, performances by Sun City Brass Quintet and the El Paso Symphony Orchestra and a spectacular fireworks display! Come enjoy Fort Bliss' Fourth of July celebration with food, entertainment and fun!
