Join us January 29 at the Monti Warrior Zone!
The Fitness Fair showcases mini demos of fitness classes from fitness instructors, Body Composition analysis from Certified Personal Trainers, and Chair Massages from Licensed Massage Therapists. This event will also showcase the variety of services offered by the Fort Bliss Fitness Program and vendors in the Fort Bliss area.
There will be giveaways and prizes throughout the event.
