Analyze the behaviors associated with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and create personal action plan that they will use to discuss ways leaders can build strong and cohesive teams that capitalize on positive attitude, understanding their role in the stages of team building, building team commitment while being aware of the characteristics of effective teams.
Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is an educational program which provides training to prepare everyone in America's Army to function at the highest level in any given situation. This training improves personal/family resilience and preparedness, enhancing overall Army readiness. Army Family Team Building offers FREE educational training for Soldiers, Family members and civilians.
