In celebration of St. Paddy's Day, Fort Bliss MWR team is hosting a quick run that's really fun ― or at least really short! Enter this one of a kind 0.5K race! A race for the rest of us!
There will be inflatables, music and so much fun for all to enjoy!
If you're the competitive runner join MWR Sports, Fitness & Aquatics team for the St. Paddy's 8K run, come out in your best dress St. Paddy's Day gear! Then after the run enjoy music, food, games and more! Awards will be given to the top 8K competitors!
All kids must register for the event.
- Kids 16-17yrs may participate without a parent.
- Kids 15 and younger may participate with a participating parent.
- 8K is a competitive event, no pets allowed.
LOCATION: Freedom Crossing by the Grand Theater.

Cost
Packages for 0.5K:
- $10 - For children ages 3-17 only includes a drink (non-alcoholic, of course) and a finisher's medal.
- $25 - Includes one adult/other beverages, t-shirt, finishers medal, a snack at the 0.25 mark, a sticker & entry to our prize drawings!
- $50 - The VIP treatment - Includes everything plus an additional beverage, transportation to the finish line (no sneakers required) & extras for your "lack of" effort! **Limited to 20 participants only.**
Pricing for 8K run: Includes T-shirt & medal
- $35 - Active-Duty & Retirees
- $40 - Family Members & DoD ID cardholders
- $45 - General Public
Registration Information
Late Registrations: Late fee incurred -- $5 for 0.5K & $10 for 8K
- March 14 | 4:3.0 - 6:30 p.m.
- March 15 | 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- March 16 | 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Onsite registration, music, games and more will start at 1:30 p.m.

Starting Friday 18 OCT: Soto PFC will open a family fitness room for parents to workout out while they watch their children. Please be aware that parents are responsible for their children and must not leave them unattended.
