- Excellence in Service - Nominate a single individual for providing superior service during the last 6 months. Please provide specific examples.
- Effective Team - Nominate 2 or more individuals by name who have worked together as a team on a project to achieve a goal that supports the MWR mission. Please provide an example or explanation to support the effectiveness of the team-work and the outcome of the project or task.
- MWR Coin - Nominate a single individual for being a role model in the workplace. Anyone who has gone above and beyond to help, lead, mentor or model outstanding employee conduct. Provide specific examples to support the nomination.
- Commander’s Coin - Nominate a single individual that has performed an act or service that benefits MWR or the Installation. Please provide details and explanation.
- Civilian Service Achievement Medal - This award is substantial and goes in the individual’s permanent employee record. Typically, these are measurable accomplishments such as implementing new processes that save time, money or resources for the facility or organization, or implementing new ideas that improve the customer experience. Humanitarian services would also fall under this category. To nominate an individual, email here.
