FMWR PBO Silent Auction

FMWR PBO ONLINE AUCTION SALES / PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

1. Open for anyone to bid.

2. Bidding happens the first 2 weeks of every month.

3. Items sold in “As Is’ condition, nonrefundable.

4. Items will be available for in-person viewing DURING THE AUCTION on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1300 to 1630 at the following address:

Building 643 – FMWR Property Book Office (PBO), Taylor Road. Fort Bliss, Texas 79916.

5. Bids will need to be hand delivered in a sealed envelope to PBO personnel at the same location OR emailed to mwrexcessequipmentsales@gmail.com.

6. Emails/Sealed envelope must contain:

Your name, address, and phone number.
Item(s) description you are bidding on.
Your bid(s).

7. Bids will remain sealed until after the end of the auction.

8. Once opened, the highest bidder for a specific item will win said item.

Property Book Office will reach out to the winner(s).
Winner(s) have 48 hours after notification to pick up item(s).
- Communicate with PBO personnel if pick up conflicts arise
- PBO cannot assist with delivery.
Payments can be made in cash, exact amount only, at Building 643.
Debit or Credit card payments need to be made at Building 11, (Upstairs), FMWR Financial Management Division. Pershing Road, Fort Bliss, Texas 79916
Debit or Credit card payments need to be made at Building 11, Pershing Rd.
All sales are final.
Do not attempt to make payment or pick up winning item(s) until advised by PBO personnel.
