FMWR PBO ONLINE AUCTION SALES / PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

1. Open for anyone to bid.

2. Bidding happens in the first 2 weeks of every month, for example:

• · March 1st – 14th
• · April 1st – 14th
• · May 1st – 14th

3. Items sold in “As Is’ condition, non-refundable.

4. Items will be available for in-person viewing DURING THE AUCTION on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1300 to 1630 at the following address:

• · Building 643 – FMWR Property Book Office, 643 Taylor Road. Fort Bliss, Texas 79916.
• · Office Numbers: 915-568-4207 or 915-568-3753.

5. Bids will need to be hand delivered in a sealed envelope to PBO personnel at:

a. In person: 12 Pershing Road, building 12, 1st Floor. b. Or emailed to mwrexcessequipmentsales@gmail.com

c. DO NOT BID ON THE GOVDEALS.org WEBSITE.

6. Emails/Sealed envelopes must contain:

a. Your name, address, and phone number.

b. Item(s) description you are bidding on.

c. Your bid(s).

7. Envelope bids will remain sealed until after the end of the auction.

8. Once opened, the highest bidder for that specific item will win said item:

a. Property Book Office personnel will reach out to the winner(s) and let them know if they won or lost their bidding item(s).

b. Winner(s) have 48 hours after notification to pick up item(s):

i. Communicate with PBO personnel if pick up conflicts arise.

ii. PBO cannot assist with delivery.

c. Payments can be made in cash, exact amount only, at Building 643.

d. Debit or Credit card payments need to be made at Building 11, Pershing Rd.

e. All sales are final.

f. Do not attempt to make payment or pick up winning item(s) until advised by PBO personnel.
