FMWR PBO ONLINE AUCTION SALES / PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

1. Open for anyone to bid.

2. Silent auction is from Monday, 16 December through Friday, 27 December 2024.

3. Items sold in “As Is’ condition.

4. Items will be available for in-person viewing on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 0900 to 1130 at the following address:

• Building 643 – FMWR Property Book Office (PBO), Taylor Road. Fort Bliss, Texas 79916.
• Office #: 915-568-4207 or 915-568-3753.

5. Bids will need to be hand delivered in a sealed envelope to PBO personnel at the same location OR emailed to mwrexcessequipmentsales@gmail.com.

6. Emails/Sealed envelope must contain:

• Your name, address, and phone number.
• Item(s) description you are bidding on.
• Your bid(s).

7. Bids will remain sealed until after the end of the auction.

8. Once opened, the highest bidder for a specific item will win said item.

• Property Book Office will reach out to the winner(s).
• Winner(s) have 48 hours after notification to pick up item(s).
• Payments can be made in cash, exact amount only, at Building 643.
• Debit or Credit card payments need to be made at Building 11, (Upstairs), FMWR Financial Management Division. Pershing Road, Fort Bliss, Texas 79916
