SKIESUnlimited is an acronym for "School of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration, and Skills" with the word "Unlimited" for the unlimited possibilities this program can offer Army children and youth.
SKIES Classes are available to children and youth (from four weeks old to adolescence) in:
- Child Development Services
- School Age Services
- Middle School and Teen Programs
- Home Schooled Children
- Interested in Volunteering?

Volunteers are always needed at SKIES to help make our programs a success!

ALL Volunteers including therapist, college students, foster grandparents, contractors, foreign nationals, “regardless of hours” MUST have backgrounds completed before working in the room/coach.
**Foreign Nationals must supply a Letter of Good Conduct from their home country with the background check request.

Paid positions:
Looking for skilled instructors for a wide variety of child and youth instructional classes for the Fort Bliss Community. These positions are on a contract, self-employed basis. Pay is determined on participation enrollment. Classes must meet the need of the military community.
Volunteer positions:
Join the Child, Youth and School Services (CYSS) family as a child/youth instructor. The new Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration & Skills is looking for qualified, caring volunteer instructors for the School of Arts, School of Sports, School of Academics, and the School of Life Skills. Our classes will serve infants through high school seniors in a wide vary of subjects and interests.
