The purpose of Parent and Child Swim Class is to teach safe behaviors in, on and around the water and to develop swimming readiness.

Parents and children engage in water exploration activities with the objective of having fun and becoming comfortable in, on and around the water. 

The American Red Cross Parent and Child Aquatics is designed for children between the ages of 6 months and approximately 3 years, and their parents.

Open to Active Duty Family Members, DOD/DA Civilians.

The classes will take place on Saturday mornings, for 8 consecutive weeks.

There are four sessions, 30 minutes each:

  • Session 1: 9:15 - 9:45AM
  • Session 2: 10:00 - 10:30AM
  • Session 3: 10:45 - 11:15AM
  • Session 4: 11:30 - 12:00pm 
** Arrive 15 minutes prior to each session to check in **

 

COST:

$60 for all 8 sessions

REGISTRATION:

Registration is required and can be done at the Aquatics Training Center.
